The Ultimate Artist

To truly understand the heart of an artist, you need to study his work. Sit still and examine his brush strokes. Note his favorite color palette. Consider his subject matter. Compare his masterpieces with those of other artists.

God is the ultimate artist. His creations are so amazing that a lifetime is not long enough to fully appreciate them. Even the simplest butterfly shows His creativity, attention to detail, and love of beauty. A spectacular sunset affirms His brilliant sense of color and design. No other artist, no matter how gifted, can begin to match the quality of His work.

Now consider this. You are one of God's most cherished creations. Of course, no one on this earth is perfect. None of us measure up to the original version of us, lovingly crafted in His workshop at the beginning of time. If you were able to see the original you, however, you might be surprised to note that what you consider your greatest flaws of face and form are instead unique details of His artistic genius.There is no arguing with a true artist!
