Hope for What's Not Seen

Now in this hope we were saved, but hope that is seen is not hope, because who hopes for what he sees? Now if we hope for what we do not see, we eagerly wait for it with patience. (Romans 8:24-25 CSB)
Lord, not knowing the future can be unsettling, especially when I look at circumstances. But keeping You in front of me – step by step, day by day – keeps hope alive. I believe with all my heart that Your plans are for my good – I just need to follow You. I trust You with my life and wait on the unfolding of each day’s events as You have ordered. My today, tomorrow, and all the rest to come are in Your hands, so I am able to live forward with full assurance and continual hope that all will be well.
