Facts

Here is a boy with five small barley loaves and two small fish, but how far will they go among so many? (JOHN 6:9 NIV)

Facts may be true, but they aren’t necessarily the whole truth. God operates in the unseen. That is the very nature of God – to create something out of nothing. God is not limited by anything; miracles are His domain. And God loves to surprise us. Believing only in what we can see, quantify and prove is often just a way that the spirit of fear gets us to embrace a rational lie. The enemy loves to rationalize – to twist facts and tell half-truths – or, as I say, to spew rational lies. Because God operates in the unseen realm and because His provision is limitless, facts don’t tell the full picture – especially when God is writing the story. Remember the little boy with two fish and five loaves of bread and thousands of hungry people? Facts said there was no way that food was enough for thousands of people… but it was. God creates things out of nothing. Facts have little to do with how real faith and supernatural manifestations work. A key secret to a major life shift is speaking faith and not facts. When we trust in the unseen and expect what we haven’t experienced, that’s the very invitation God responds to – and this is the type of next-level bigger belief needed to enter and experience the incredible.

What facts have been blocking you from seeing what God is actually saying, revealing, and doing?

Pray:

Lord, I’m here to be a faith warrior and waymaker. Give me the wisdom to discern what to receive and what to ignore as I press deeper into my destiny. Amen.
