Christ is in You

As soon as you accept Christ as your personal Savior, His Spirit takes up residence in your heart! He lives there to love, to forgive, and to intercede on your behalf when you pray to God the Father. Your physical body is still alive, but the Sprit of Jesus is in authority to lead and guide you, to speak to you, to give supernatural strength and courage and whatever else you need to live out God’s call on your life. By faith and belief in God’s Son, you are no longer living on your own – He is in you!
But when the Father sends the Comforter instead of me – and by the Comforter I mean the Holy Spirit – he will teach you much, as well as remind you of everything I myself have told you. (John 14:26 TLB)
For to me to live is Christ, and to die is gain. (Philippians 1:21 ESV)
But God proves His own love for us in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us! (Romans 5:8 HCSB)
I no linger live, but Christ lives in me. The life I now live in the body, I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave Himself for me. (Galatians 2:20 HCSB)
Lord, please, may Your spirit lead me and guide me today! Keep me within the bounds of Your calling on my life, and watch over me as I step out in faith.
