I know that you can do all things, and that no purpose of yours can be thwarted.
Job 42:2 ESV

One of the most famous beekeepers of all time was Lord Baden Powell, founder of the Boy Scouts in England. Once, when preparing honey for a showing, the honey was allowed to overheat by mistake. But instead of tossing the “ruined” honey out, he decided to show the honey anyway, and as a result, dark honey became a fashionable new taste in England. Some of the greatest discoveries in this world came about as accidental inventions. A chemist discovered Teflon after an experiment went wrong. Super glue was a substance stumbled upon by accident by a scientist hoping to create a new precision gun sight. Play-Doh was designed to be a cleaning product for dirty wallpaper, until schoolchildren discovered it was perfect for craft projects.

FAITH CHECK
Many unexpected discoveries come from dismal failures. Though it is true that not all failures turn out well, each failure we experience in life teaches us what not to do next. Experience is what you get when you expect a different outcome.
