Faith Bigger Than Fear

Jan 4, 2020 by: Katy Fults

Today, let your faith be bigger than your fears. We oftentimes pray timidly. We’re scared to pray big because what if we end up disappointed, or what if what we want is different than what God wants? Why don’t you try something new today? Take the timid prayers and turn them into something loud and something bold. Don’t just pray about what you think is possible. Pray for what you think is impossible. And pray hard about it unashamedly. And believe with your entire heart that God is going to take those impossible prayers and show you that NOTHING is impossible with Him. Absolutely nothing. He says it in His Word. So we need to believe that as truth and believe in God’s power and perfect plan. Pray big and pray expectantly that God is going to show up in a mighty way.

For we walk by faith, not by sight. (II Corinthians 5:7 ESV)

For I cried to him and He answered me! He freed me from all my fears. (Psalm 34:4 TLB)

The earnest prayer of a righteous person has great power and produces wonderful results. (James 5:16 NLT)

God, I believe in the power of praying boldly, believing You can do anything. Help me let my faith be bigger than my fears.
