The Light God Has Birthed in You

God’s light continues to shine on you. I know it’s not always easy to receive this truth, especially when you are walking in the dark and hitting a few rough patches along the way. Things become so blurred that you can’t visually see what God is doing in your life. You begin to question your worth or if God is even present, but His presence is all around you. He is through you and for you. He is shining on you because He cares for you. He loves you and wants you to see and experience the light within yourself. Don’t let your own thoughts dim out the very light God has birthed in you. 

Again Jesus spoke to them, saying, “I am the light of the world. Whoever follows Me will not walk in darkness, but will have the light of life.” JOHN 8:12 ESV 

God, thank You for always being there for me. You comfort me during some of my darkest moments. You have pulled me out of the deepest pits. You never gave up on me even when I wanted to. You rescued me, and You continue to fight for me when I don’t have the strength to make it.
