Perfect Plan

Sometimes our plans and our paths fit perfectly into a box and can be tied with a bow - a perfect pregnancy, escrow closing perfectly on a new house, or getting accepted into your first college choice. But sometimes things don’t work out. They don’t fit a plan, they don’t bring closure, and you’re left wondering what happened and how to move forward. There is still hope here. You can still be assured that God’s peace is still there, surpassing your understanding. You can be assured that God knows and understands how you feel and that even though there may be confusion, He is not leaving you alone. Let His Word carry you through the uncertainty and find the freedom to move on from the broken plan and anticipate with joy what He has perfectly planned for your future.

You will keep in perfect peace all who trust in You, all those whose thoughts are fixed on You! (Isaiah 26:3 NLT)

So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with My righteous right hand. (Isaiah 41:10 NIV)

Now may the Lord of peace Himself give you peace at all times and in every way. The Lord be with all of you. (II Thessalonians 3:16 NIV)

For God gave us a spirit not of fear but of power and love and self-control. (II Timothy 1:7 ESV)

Prayer:
Lord, I don’t understand what’s happening right now but I know You’ve got it all under control. Thank You for not leaving me alone.
