Let Your Actions Speak and Obedience Guide

I’ve learned what’s for me will be for me. There have been times when I didn’t believe this, times when I doubted my own gifting because I allowed someone else’s journey to belittle what was happening right in front of me. It can become so easy to compare, but please be reminded to stay true to who you are. Don’t compromise who you are for the sake of being liked or known. Let your actions speak for you. Let your obedience be what guides you, not your flesh to be seen. God will reward you. Let Him order your every thought and move. 

He replied, “Blessed rather are those who hear the word of God and obey it.” LUKE 11:28 NIV 

God, thank You for ordering my steps and lighting my path in the right direction. Even with many roadblocks and struggles, I know that whatever path You have me on, it’s to learn something from. May I continue to grow in ways that will make me better. May I not compare where I am in life with others, but rather focus on glorifying You.
