Greatness Written Over Your Life

If you have been battling with your insecurities, you are not alone. We’ve all had our fair share of feeling like we weren’t good enough. May you be reminded that your failures and struggles are not your identity. You have been walking around defeated and believing the lies that you don’t have what it takes to keep going. Pray that God gives you eyes to see truth and ears to hear it. God has said countless times how you are so loved, treasured, strong, beautiful, intelligent, wonderfully made, powerful, fearless, and enough. May you walk with your head held high, knowing that you are marked with favor. Hard times will be faced, and hidden struggles will resurface. But when you pray, be reminded of the God you serve and the greatness He has written all over your life. May joy overflow as you grow close to Him and prioritize your prayer life.

And when you pray, do not heap up empty phrases as the Gentiles do, for they think that they will be heard for their many words. MATTHEW 6:7 ESV

God, I know what You say about me is true. I’m more than a conqueror. My past, guilt, and the shame I once had—all is behind me. It’s easy to compare myself to others and to start believing that I’m not as good or as strong or “as Christian” as they are. Help me to believe otherwise, and to stand firm on the truth that I was wonderfully made by You and that I’m made new each and every day.
