Butterfly Business

From a small, plain, and seemingly lifeless chrysalis emerges a bright, delicate, fluttering creature. Designed and created by our heavenly Father, the butterfly symbolizes His gift of renewal and resurrection, hope and transformation.

At times in your spiritual life, you might feel trapped by layers of inertia, sluggishness, and God-silence. There's been little or no observable progress in conquering outside temptations or overcoming personal challenges. There's been no brilliant "aha!" moment of sudden clarity, certainty, and understanding in matters of the spirit, and no instant realization of God's presence in your life.The transformation you expected when you started on this journey has yet to take place. Is there something wrong? Not at all.

God, in His wisdom, chooses the way of the butterfly for spiritual growth to take place. Though largely unseen even by you, His Spirit is working within you to nurture your faith. In time-God's time-you will begin to discern glimmers of comprehension, and act on them. In time-God's time-you will emerge from your chrysalis strong and trusting enough to sail on the uplifting winds of faith, hope, and love.
