A Benediction

Someone once said, “Yesterday is history; tomorrow is a mystery. Today is a gift— that’s why it is called the present.” The Bible reminds us that God holds it all—past, present, and future—in His hands. He holds us in His hands. We are intimately known and deeply loved by Him. We are forgiven. We are so special, so important to Him. He has great plans and purposes for us, and He equips us with everything we need to accomplish these things. And we are never alone. He leads us and guides us every step of the way. He blesses our lives and fills our hearts with hope.

God has been good to us in the past. He has proved Himself faithful time and time again. With courage and confidence, we can face whatever comes our way today, looking forward to a glorious future forever and ever with Him.

Watch for His return; expect the blessed hope we all will share when our great God and Savior, Jesus the Anointed, appears again. Titus 2:13 VOICE

My friends, that’s why you must remain faithful and follow closely what we taught you in person and by our letters. II Thessalonians 2:15 CEV

Now may our Lord Jesus Christ Himself and God our Father, who has loved us and given us everlasting comfort and encouragement and the good [well-founded] hope [of salvation] by His grace, comfort and encourage and strengthen your hearts [keeping them steadfast and on course] in every good work and word. II Thessalonians 2:16–17 AMP

May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in Him, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit. Romans 15:13 NIV

Jesus, how I long to see You face-to- face and live happily ever after with You! Until then, fill me with hope and encouragement for each new day
