Beautiful but needs better packaging

I ordered this little plaque as a gift for someone. I love the plaque itself but it was broken when it arrived. It was wrapped in a plastic bag and the flower was so bent it came right off in my hand. The only other item in the shipping box was a gift wrapped necklace so its not like there was alot of other weight in the box to break the flower. I ended up having to open it and have my husband glue the flower back on. Its a great little item and I would gladly order more but the care in packaging was disappointing.
