I found this purse a couple of years ago on the dayspring.com site and added it to my Christmas wishlist that year. I have carried it daily since then and constantly receive compliments from girls that range from teens to my age (mom of adult children!). I especially enjoy sharing with others how the purchase of this purse helps empower women in impoverished Northern India. Win-Win!
I ordered this because it supports a good cause and looks cute. It is very thin fabric, and it would make a better grocery sack than bag really. I do not really even want to use it or gift it!
I like it a lot! It's authentic and I like that I can tell the story about the women. It's pretty big and could fit my school books. It also has a pouch on the inside which I was happy about. Makes a great gift idea too!
