I bought these to give as Christmas gifts (a little early, I'll admit). This isn't a terribly expensive item, but I'm happy to report that it doesn't look or feel "cheap". The box is large enough to store a few small keepsakes (jewelry and the like). The top comes off easily, so don't drop it! All in all, I think these will be a big hit with my Sunday School class.
Very cute! gave as graduation gift can be used for rings, jewelry, etc!!
At the sale price, I would recommend. Difficult to see the design on the box. Like the concept.
When I read other's reviews about using these boxes to hold earrings, etc., I was expecting a "little" box. I was SO surprised as to the size, and very pleased with the quality!! The cross and scripture were all beautifully imprinted on each item. Not for travel, as the tops are not meant to be tightly secured, but a delightful gift to hold jewelry or a favorite watch. When they were on sale, I bought 4 of them, one for each teen/young adult, granddaughter. I will put jewelry inside of them for Christmas gifts. I think the sale price was appropriate for this item, wouldn't have purchased if more expensive. It's a very nice and different gift from the norm. (Do wish that all things from Day Spring were made in the USA, however.)
Sent with a necklace as a gift. It was well received.
Its the perfect gift to hold a trinket for someone special. I plan to give it to one of my sisters in Christ with earrings or a bracelet inside.
I think the cross design is so pretty, but when I received the two boxes that I ordered you can barely see the imprint. I bought them for gifts so had to give them anyway. Not your usual quality.
Item looks good in the picture but when you touch it and turn it over, it is very cheap-I'm so surprised that you don't support the US and buy from communists. I had to go buy felt and cut circles to put on the bottom to hide all the advertising. From the top down, it's like a tin can. They are only worth the sale price and other things I ordered from DaySpring were about the same low quality including the cards...Nothing was made in the USA - Shame on you.
