Sons from Afar- The True Story of Roy Lessin’s Father

A beautiful story yet graphic and honest, which portrays the infinite power of Jesus Christ "to the Jew first and also to the gentile." The power of prayer and hope is endless and results in the acceptance of the Lord by two worldly, self-oriented sons raised in unfortunate circumstances. Will read it again to refresh the subject and rate it highly.

This book is truly awesome. I have never known of anyone who sought out a relationship with God and Jesus (though he didn't know it was Jesus he was seeking) as adamantly as Joseph Lessin did. What a wonderful story of redemption and transformation of a life! Can't put it down.

This testimony of God's faithfulness to His people was beautiful. I was strengthened in my faith as I read each chapter. Blessings abound to those who will trust in and rely on Jesus to be their Savior.

This book seems like it would be very good. Have not had a chance to read it yet due to my schedule, but am always interested in true stories of Christians and their experiences.

A wonderfully written story of one man's search for a real connection to God, his frustration, his stumbling and his ultimate salvation...as well as that of his sons.
