I was disappointed in the color and the kinks in the chains. I bought one for me, my son, my sister and my wonderful 2 Bible study leaders. I will have to see if i can fix the kinked ones or they will have to be returned. The color is also not as shown. Not sure of the return policy?

I ordered 5, one for myself and the others for upcoming holiday gifts. What a cute gift and the price of $5.00 was a deal!! When I took out my necklace the chain was all kinked up. After wrangling with it I finally was able to wear it. The second time I was planning on wearing it (this morning) the chain broke so I just went to a local craft store and bought a new chain. I don't want to open up the others since they are gifts. If they have the same problem they will be able to go and get themselves a new chain like I did. Unfortunately I threw away my return mailer so I am not able to return them.

I was quite disappointed when I received the 6 necklaces I ordered (1 for me and 5 for team members in ministry). For $5, I didn't know what to expect, but the biggest drawback was the length of the chain...it barely reached 20" and was advertized as 24". Had I known that I would not have ordered in the first place. I am returning them. I also didn't care for the dark color...looked like it was tarnished already. I do appreciate your packaging and return process. I wish I could give you a better review.

This necklace is a bargain. Simple, lovely, and with an adjustable chain. I am very satisfied with the quality.
