My christmas perfect gift... only not
Since my first Christmas after getting married I dreamed about buying this particular item. It seems perfect: it's elegant, beautiful and can be used all year as decoration.
I was on a trip to the US last year and the first thing I did was to buy this item online and have it shipped to where I was staying. As it arrived, I didn't check it (I obviously trusted Dayspring); I only putted in my hand bags, protected it from breaking down and thought it was ok.
When I arrived here in my country I realized they sent me mixed sleeves (I don't have a nativity set!!!), and to get thins worse, the glass holders were broken.
I am VERY disappointed, so I rated this item the lowest. Also I filled in a request for some kind of refund, but no one answered. I'm disappointed yet again.
If it weren't for this, the item would be great. But Dayspring just didn't deliver what I expected them to do.
