Ann Voskamp - One Thousand Gifts

It all started when a lovely woman mailed me a copy of 1,000 gifts. Since then, my husband and I have purchased over 20 copies of this book and have given it to all of our family and friends. We read it aloud to each other each morning. For Christmas my husband gave me a very large boulder (2 tons to be exact) with the word Eucharesteo sand blasted into it as a lasting reminder to us to give thanks and see the gifts that God gives us every single day. Anne Voskamp was absolutely inspired writing this book. It was poetic and thought provoking. It has created in us just another way to worship, praise and be thankful. Thanks Anne.
